General Questions:
Q: Can I visit the community without being a guest?
A: In order to protect the serene environment and the privacy of our guests, all persons must be registered guests.
Q: Which airport is closest?
A: Asheville Airport is just under 2 hours away. Chattanooga Airport (TN) is 2 hours away. Atlanta Airport (GA) is 2.5 hours away.
Q: How do I get the keys?
A: You will be given a code to access the keypad on the front door.
Q: Do you provide paper products, soaps, a hairdryer, and other household supplies?
A: The property is stocked with a minimum of paper supplies for your convenience (two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towel and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in a dispenser). It will be necessary for guests to supply any additional needs. The properties are not supplied with cleaning supplies. Properties do have hair dryers.
Q: Are your lodgings kid-friendly?
A: ABSOLUTELY! We welcome children of all ages and just ask that our quiet hours, after 10:00 p.m., be observed.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: We do have two cabins that are pet-friendly! At times you may also see our very friendly golden doodles (Sir Charles von Doodle and Molly Mae) on the property. Stop and give them a scratch on the head or a belly rub. They’ll give you plenty of licks in return.
Q: Are any of the homes wheelchair accessible?
A: We don’t have any wheelchair-accessible homes yet.
Q: Are the homes open year-round?
A: Yes we are!!
Q: Are the homes heated?
A: Yes, each of the homes has mini-split units that provide both heating and air conditioning.
Q: Do the homes have bathrooms?
A: All of the homes have full bathrooms except for the two candy cabins. Those have a bathhouse with a sink, shower, and toilet.
Q: Where can I buy firewood?
A: You can purchase firewood on the property for $10 a bundle. This can be paid for through HipCamp for campers or a money box on premises for cash.
Q: Can I bring extra people?
A: We ask that you do not bring extra people unless you have spoken with us prior to your booking.
Q: Can a party be hosted on the property?
A: Our property is intended for families and small groups. Many people visit our property to unwind; therefore, parties and loud music are not allowed.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: There is no smoking of any kind all allowed in any of the homes. Any violations will be subject to a $300 fee and asked to leave the property.
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is 11 am.
Q: Can I check in before 3 pm?
A: Due to this being a high volume rental and the care that we take in between each guest, we ask that you do not show up on the property before 3 pm.
